The Evolve Freestyle Snowboard program is for snowboarders who want to progress their freeriding and freestyle techniques. At MSLM, we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced programs. Each camper will be grouped in lessons according to her or his individual skill level and focus. Each group will then focus on different aspects of freestyle – freeriding, park, pipe or any discipline variation. Campers who are signing up for our Beginner Freestyle program should already have a strong foundation in snowboarding.

What is the best group for my child?

As rated by Transworld, Mount St. Louis-Moonstone has one of the top 5 terrain parks in eastern North America. Our campers have the option of shredding in all three of their terrain parks:

Beginner & INTERMEDIATE

 the Skool Yard

We could not have asked for a better terrain park for beginners. Our friends at MSLM designed this park for snowboarders who are starting out with basic skill development on jumps, boxes and rails. The park features ride-on boxes and rails, as well as a mellow jump line that will allow snowboarders to gain confidence and skills in a forgiving layout.

The Junk Yard

Known as one of the best terrain parks in eastern North America, the Junk Yard has it all! This terrain park is perfect for those snowboarders who already have a fundamental understanding of how to hit jumps, rails and boxes. The park offers a wide variety of features to keep things fun for any rider, as well as a half pipe.

Advanced

The Outback

The Outback is where our advanced freestyle skiers take their progression to the next level. The features inside this park are meant exclusively for advanced snowboarders. The features are endless, the jumps are big, and the rails and boxes are long and fun. Snowboarders who sign up for advanced freestyle snowboarding should have either gone through our whole program until they reached this point, or they should have had other prior formal training or instruction in freestyle snowboarding.
